You’re looking to get in shape in a fun way? Why not combine cardio and tennis in an intensive cardio-tennis session? Involving tennis drills, plyometrics, and cardio, this activity is a fun way to burn calories, get your heart rate up and make new friends.

You’ll be paired up with a maximum of five other players, so that you get high volume and a quality teaching from one of our Mouratoglou coaches. In addition to tennis balls, expect ladders, medicine balls, and some energizing music.
